We aim to get your My Brush Box UK Limited order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. We currently offer a fast, fully tracked home delivery service, as well as a free in-store collection option for our local customers.

DPD Tracked Delivery (1-2 Business Days)

We partner with DPD to provide a reliable and fully trackable delivery service straight to your door.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 2 working days from the date of dispatch.
• Delivery Cost: £5.99 – Up to 5Kg combined package weight, with a £0.50 increase for each Kg thereafter – to a maximum weight of 10Kg (or FREE for orders over £60.00)
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and Bank Holidays, will be processed the next working day.
• Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email and/or SMS from DPD containing your tracking number and a 1-hour delivery window.
• Missed Deliveries: If you are not at home, DPD will leave a calling card or notify you via the app/email with options to rearrange delivery, leave in a safe place, or deliver to a nearby DPD Pickup Shop.

In-Store Collection (Click & Collect)

If you prefer to pick up your items in person, you can choose our free Click & Collect service at checkout.

• Store Location: Our Retford shop, located at Unit 7 Ebor Court, Randall Park Way, Retford, DN22 8FQ
• Collection Cost: Free.
• When to Collect: Your order will typically be ready to collect within 1 working day. Please wait until you receive a “Ready for Collection” email before travelling to the store.
• What to Bring: To collect your order, you must bring:
  1. Your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone).
  2. A valid form of photographic ID (e.g., driving licence or passport) that matches the name on the order.
• Holding Period: We will hold your order in our Retford store for 7 days. If it is not collected within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Additional Delivery Information

• Bank Holidays & Weekends: Please note that our 1-2 business day DPD service applies to working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).
• UK Mainland Only: At present, our DPD delivery service is only available to addresses within the UK mainland. We do not currently ship internationally or to the Channel Islands.
